RS Digital India is committed to timely and quality service delivery. Our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only if we fail to complete the agreed services within the timeline stated in the proposal.

  • The proposal is considered active once the payment is successfully made.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Clients must submit a formal refund request via email, specifying the reason for the claim.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of required information, delayed approvals).

  • Services that have been fully executed as per the agreed scope.

  • Change of mind or business strategy by the client.
