RS Digital India is committed to timely and quality service delivery. Our refund policy is structured as follows:
Refunds are applicable only if we fail to complete the agreed services within the timeline stated in the proposal.
The proposal is considered active once the payment is successfully made.
Clients must submit a formal refund request via email, specifying the reason for the claim.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of required information, delayed approvals).
Services that have been fully executed as per the agreed scope.
Change of mind or business strategy by the client.
